Delete Your RepairHub Account
RepairHub by Royalsip Appliances gives you two ways to request account deletion, including a public option when you no longer have access to the app.
Option 1
Delete your account in the app
- 1Open RepairHub and sign in to your account.
- 2Select Profile from the app navigation.
- 3In the Account section, select Delete Account.
- 4Review the Delete Account confirmation and confirm your request.
Option 2
Request deletion without the app
Email our support team at repairhub026@gmail.com and include the 10-digit mobile number registered with your RepairHub account. You may also include your name to help us locate the account.
To protect your account, we may contact you to verify that you control the registered mobile number before completing the request. Never send an OTP, password, payment card details or banking credentials by email.
Email deletion requestWhat happens when deletion is completed
Your active RepairHub account is deleted or deactivated. Your account name, mobile number and email are removed or anonymized, and saved addresses, authentication sessions, refresh access, OTP records and account notifications are removed.
Active account data
Personal information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible. The deleted account cannot be signed into or restored.
Records we may retain
Certain completed service orders, order-specific pickup or delivery details, uploaded images or voice notes, invoices, payment or transaction records, tax records and related statutory information may be retained where required for legal, taxation, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, regulatory or other legitimate compliance purposes.
Retained records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or as required by applicable law. Generated invoices and other statutory records may continue to contain information required to preserve an accurate transaction record.
If you register again later using the same mobile number, a new RepairHub account may be created. Previously retained statutory or transaction records are not restored as active account history or automatically attached to the new account.
