Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of RepairHub, including our website, mobile applications, support channels and appliance repair services.

RepairHub is a technology platform operated by Royalsip Appliances. By accessing RepairHub, creating an account, booking a repair, making a payment or using any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use RepairHub.

Eligibility

You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to use RepairHub. By using RepairHub, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when using RepairHub.

User Accounts

Customers may be required to create or access an account using a mobile number, OTP verification or another authentication method supported by RepairHub.

You are responsible for:

  • keeping your mobile device and account secure;
  • ensuring that OTPs and account access details are not shared with others;
  • providing accurate profile and address information;
  • promptly notifying RepairHub of unauthorized account use.

RepairHub is not responsible for loss arising from unauthorized access caused by customer negligence, shared OTPs or compromised devices.

Repair Booking

Customers may book repair requests through the RepairHub mobile application, website or supported communication channels.

A repair booking may require appliance category, issue description, pickup address, PIN code, photos, videos, voice notes or other details required for service assessment.

RepairHub may accept, reject, reschedule or cancel a repair request depending on serviceability, appliance type, operational feasibility, technician availability, parts availability or other business reasons.

RepairHub specializes in small home appliance repair. We may decline requests outside our service scope.

Pickup Service

RepairHub may provide doorstep pickup for eligible repair requests within serviceable PIN codes.

Pickup dates are estimates and may change due to operational constraints, weather, traffic, customer availability, force majeure events or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Customers must ensure that the appliance is accessible, safe to handle and ready for pickup at the agreed location.

Diagnosis

Diagnosis is performed before repair. Diagnosis may include physical inspection, issue verification, part assessment and feasibility review.

The diagnosis outcome may indicate that the appliance is repairable, repairable with parts, not economically repairable, outside service scope or not serviceable due to parts or technical limitations.

Diagnosis does not ensure that repair will be possible or economically viable.

Repair Estimates

After diagnosis, RepairHub may provide a repair estimate showing applicable parts charges, service charges, inspection charges, taxes and total payable amount.

Repair begins only after customer approval and payment where required.

If the customer approves the estimate and completes payment, RepairHub will proceed with repair according to the approved estimate.

If additional issues are discovered during repair, RepairHub may contact the customer for revised approval before proceeding with additional work.

Inspection Charges

Inspection or diagnosis charges may apply if the customer declines repair after diagnosis or if the appliance is found to be outside repair feasibility.

Inspection charges compensate for pickup handling, diagnosis effort, technical assessment and operational processing.

Any applicable inspection charge will be communicated before or at the estimate stage, and may be payable even if the customer does not proceed with repair.

Spare Parts

RepairHub may use genuine, original, OEM, compatible or suitable spare parts depending on availability, appliance condition, market supply and customer approval.

Where a specific part type affects price, availability or warranty, RepairHub will make reasonable efforts to communicate relevant details to the customer before proceeding.

Parts availability may affect repair timelines. RepairHub is not responsible for delays caused by supplier shortages or discontinued parts.

Payments

Customers must pay applicable charges through payment methods supported by RepairHub.

Payments may include repair charges, parts charges, service charges, inspection charges, taxes, delivery charges or other charges shown in the estimate or invoice.

Payment success is subject to confirmation from the payment provider. RepairHub may not begin repair until payment is confirmed where advance payment is required.

RepairHub may use trusted third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. Payment provider terms may also apply to payment transactions.

GST

Goods and Services Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and charged in accordance with Indian tax laws and the GST configuration applicable at the time of estimate or invoice generation.

GST details may include GSTIN, SAC, taxable value, CGST, SGST, IGST and total tax depending on the nature of the transaction and applicable law.

Invoices

RepairHub may issue invoices for paid services, repairs, inspection charges and applicable taxes.

Invoices may be provided digitally through the mobile application, website, email or other supported channels.

Customers are responsible for reviewing invoice details and contacting support if any correction is required.

Delivery

After repair and quality check, RepairHub will coordinate delivery of the appliance to the customer or the agreed address.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational constraints, customer availability, logistics delays, weather or force majeure events.

Customers should inspect the appliance at the time of delivery and promptly report visible damage or unresolved issues.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • provide accurate contact, address, appliance and issue information;
  • ensure that appliances are legally owned or authorized for repair;
  • remove personal items, accessories or unrelated attachments before pickup;
  • back up or remove any data where applicable;
  • be available for pickup and delivery coordination;
  • review estimates before payment;
  • make timely payments;
  • use RepairHub lawfully and respectfully.

RepairHub is not responsible for loss of accessories, data, consumables or items not declared at pickup.

Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before pickup, diagnosis, repair or delivery, subject to the stage of the request and operational feasibility.

Cancellation after pickup or diagnosis may attract inspection, handling, logistics or other applicable charges.

RepairHub may cancel or decline a repair request due to service unavailability, unsupported appliance type, unsafe appliance condition, non-payment, unreachable customer, incorrect address, suspected misuse or other valid operational reasons.

Warranty

Warranty, where applicable, will be specified on the invoice, repair record or written communication provided by RepairHub.

Warranty may vary depending on appliance type, repair type, spare parts used and nature of the issue.

Warranty may not apply to misuse, liquid damage, physical damage, voltage fluctuations, unauthorized repair attempts, consumables, repeat damage from external causes or issues unrelated to the performed repair.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RepairHub and Royalsip Appliances shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of use, business interruption or inconvenience arising from use of the services.

RepairHub's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

RepairHub, its name, logo, website, mobile application, designs, text, graphics, icons, software, workflows and related content are owned by or licensed to Royalsip Appliances.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, misuse or exploit RepairHub intellectual property without written permission.

  • submit false, misleading or fraudulent repair requests;
  • impersonate another person;
  • upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content;
  • interfere with website, app or service security;
  • misuse payment systems;
  • harass staff, technicians or support teams;
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
  • use the platform for unlawful purposes.

RepairHub may suspend or terminate access for prohibited use.

Service Availability

RepairHub services are available only in selected serviceable PIN codes and for supported small home appliances.

Service availability may change from time to time. RepairHub may add, modify or discontinue service areas, appliance categories, pickup availability or repair services without prior notice.

RepairHub cannot ensure that every appliance, brand, model, fault or location will be serviceable.

Force Majeure

RepairHub shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, government restrictions, power failures, internet outages, supplier delays, pandemics, accidents, civil unrest or other force majeure events.

Termination

RepairHub may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the website, mobile application or services if a customer violates these Terms, misuses the platform, provides false information, fails to make payment or engages in unlawful conduct.

Customers may stop using RepairHub at any time. Certain records may be retained as required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention and operational purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
