Account Deletion and Data Retention

Customers can initiate account deletion from the RepairHub mobile application by selecting Profile → Delete Account and confirming the request.

Customers who cannot access the application can submit an account deletion request through our public Delete Account page by emailing repairhub026@gmail.com with the mobile number registered to the account. We may verify control of the registered mobile number before completing an external request. Customers should never send an OTP, password, payment card details or banking credentials by email.

When an account is deleted, personal account information such as the customer's name, mobile number and email address is deleted or anonymized, and saved addresses are deleted. Authentication sessions, OTP records and other account-specific authentication data are removed. The deleted account cannot be restored.

We retain customer information for as long as necessary to provide RepairHub services, maintain repair and invoice records, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and enforce agreements.

Following account deletion, RepairHub may retain limited transaction and business records, including orders, order-specific pickup or delivery details, uploaded images or voice notes, invoices, payment or transaction records and tax-related information, where reasonably necessary for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance or other legal obligations. Retained records remain linked to an anonymized or deleted customer account rather than an active account. Generated invoices and other statutory records may continue to contain information required to preserve an accurate transaction record.

A customer may later register again using the same verified mobile number. This creates a new RepairHub account with a new account identifier. The deleted account is not restored, and its previous account history is not automatically attached to the new account.

When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize or archive it in accordance with our internal policies and legal obligations.
